Food lovers will once again enjoy appetizing culinary delights in the 3rd edition of FUDIS: Gourmet Truck Festival. The event is hosted by the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort Puerto Rico in Rio Grande and will take place on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of October, at 5:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. respectively, and will feature nearly two dozen food trucks with a varied and high quality cuisine.
“FUDIS started as an opportunity to share with our members, guests, and the local market,” stated Terry Bechtold, general manager of the St. Regis Bahía Beach Resort Puerto Rico. “This year we come back with the 3rd edition that promises to continue to surpass last year’s success.”
Among the food trucks that will be in attendance are Yummy Dumplings, Bella Pasta, Cosechas, Dondesea, La Preñá, El Camper, Pico & Hocico, Señor Paleta, Thon Thai, Serenata Fussion, Acai On The Go, Bluefin, Crazy Sushi, Café Pa’Ya, La Chilanguita, Lemon Submarine, TAKO, Safari Gyros, and The Meatball Company. Also, this year the event will once again feature the participation of the recognized Veuve Clicquot champagne Pod and the St. Regis Pod, which returns with a menu prepared by its executive chef, Gustavo Sánchez.
Ticket prices for the FUDIS: Gourmet Truck Festival are $25.00 a day for adults, while children under 12 years pay only $10.00, not including taxes and service charges.
