For the sixth year in a row, the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón has gathered the best chefs in Puerto Rico to celebrate its highly anticipated event “El Sabor Tiene Nombre”. It promises an afternoon of top notch gastronomic offers and will feature delectable wines from Aficionado’s Wine & Spirits, B. Fernández & Hnos, Hungaricum LLC, Méndez & Co., V. Suárez & Co., PR Supplies, Quintana Hnos., and Wine Box. Among the chefs that will be in attendance at the event are: Augusto Schreiner, Christian Rivera, Efraín Cruz from Trattoria Italiana, Erica Gómez from La Concha, Gerardo García from Frida’s, Jannette Berrios from the Sheraton Hotel, José Carles from Royal Isabela, José Vila from Wine Box, Juan Peña from Fern St. Regis, Kevin Diaz from Ambrosia Foods, Martin Louzao from Cocina Abierta, Omar Rosa from La Cueva del Mar, Pedro Torres from En Boga, Reto Gerber from Swiss Bistro, Ricardo Anglada from Nam Pla, Roberto Treviño from Budatai, and Steven Yiu from East Bistro.
The event will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino located in the Convention Center District.
